2. How do I get rid of the black edges around my movie?
Moyea DVD to iPhone Converter can help you crop the movie. Select the movie and then click "Clip", click on the "Crop" tab. There are three ways to crop the black edges:
- Select the options in the drop-drown list of "Letter Box"
- Drag the dashed frame on the preview panel.
- Change the value of the four positions: Top, Left, Right and Bottom.
Click "OK" to save the changes and the black edges will be eliminated.
3. Can I convert a DVD on which there is "Copy Protection"?
A DVD with "Copy Protection" is encrypted with Content Scrambling System (CSS) to protect DVD from being copied. 4. After I load my DVD into the program, I can only see the titles of it. How can I see the chapters in each title of the DVD?
Please click the "+" icon in front of the title name, and then you can see the related chapters of the tiltle. You can also right click on the file list and then choose "Show Chapters" to display all the chapters of the titles.
5. After I make some proper modifications on settings, is it possible to save it as a single profile so that I can use it directly each time?
After changing the video settings and audio settings like bit rate and codec, you can click on the "Save As" button and then you can specify the profile name. You can delete or rename the custome profile as you like.
6. How can I set the output file name?
Please find the column named "Destination File" on file list. Click the particular output name under the "Destination File" column, and then you can specify the output file name. When you check the box under the "Name" column, you can see the highlight box for the chapter or title for you to specify the output file name.
Please notice that if you have checked the box for "Merge into one file", the output file name of the upper file on the list will be used as output file name.
7. How to rip my DVD into one file?
Load the DVD and then click the "+" icon in front of the Title, then you can view the all chapters. You can also right click on the file list and then choose "Show Chapter" to display all the chapters. Check the boxes of the chapters you want to merge into one file, and then check the box for "Merge into one file". Click "Start" to rip several chapters of the DVD into one file.
8. I want to rename the file. But when I right click on the file list and choose "Rename Selected File", I don’t see any changes.
Please make sure that you have selected a title or chapter, which has been checked. The function to rename file is only applied to the checked and selected chapter or title.
9. The sound of the output file is too quite. Can I set a larger volume?
You can select the chapter or title and then click the "Clip" button. Under the "Effect" tab, there is an option named "Volume". Drag the bar to a larger percentage. Click "OK" to save the settings. Then the output volume will be louder.
