How to convert MTS/M2TS to WMV, MP4

Step 1. Click the “Add” button and import the MTS/M2TS files you want to convert to WMV, MP4.
Tips:
1. Tick the checkbox of “Merge into one file” and you can merge selected files into one.

To further set the properties of output files, you can click the “Settings” button to set the video parameters as below:
Settings->Video: Set video encoding settings by selecting frame rate, video encoder and bitrate.
Settings->Audio: Set audio encoding settings by selecting sample rate, audio channel, audio encoder and bit rate.
Click OK button to save your setting and back to main interface.
Step 3. Convert selected files by clicking
button. And you could set auto shutdown feature by checking the box of Shut down computer after conversion.
Optional Choice:
For advanced editing please click Edit menu on the main interface to enter MTS/M2TS Converter editor. Here you are allowed to set crop, trim, watermark, effect and audio replace.
1. Crop Video. Click the “Crop” tab; either specify values in Top, Bottom, Left and Right box or set appropriate area by dragging mouse.
2. Trim Video
Click the “Trim” tab to split the current title or chapter by dragging the Start Time slider to set the start time, and dragging the End Time slider to set the finish time.
3. Text/Image/ Video Watermark
You can add text, image or video watermark on the video.
4. Effects
Set brightness, contrast, saturation value and adjust the volume to perfect the effect of the original video.
5. Audio Replace
Click Audio Replace tab and check Enable box, choose the audio file you would like to employ, adjust its volume, and click OK button to save setting and return to main interface.
By now you have set everything ready, all you need to do is move the converted WMV and MP4 files to your portable devices to examine your work. Enjoy your own movies!
